Is Preedin Design an architecture firm?
No. Preedin Design is a residential design and drafting studio. Oregon law (ORS 671.030) allows non-architects to design single-family homes and their garages, shops, and outbuildings. Structural engineering is coordinated with licensed engineers where required.
Do you build homes?
No. Preedin Design is an independent design and drafting studio, not a general contractor. Your drawings can be bid to the builders you choose, or we can work alongside a builder you have already selected.
Can you prepare drawings for HOA or design review committees?
Yes. We prepare drawings and 3D renderings for community review, including the Black Butte Ranch Architectural Review Committee and the Sunriver Owners Association Design Committee.
